Your Weekend Update - Virginia Beach Edition

Sup, baby? What are you up to after work? Or maybe on your lunch break? Want me to give it to you? WHOA WHOA WHOA! I was talking about giving you the Weekend Update! Get your mind out of the gutter.

First, we want to give a big shout-out to Elegant Limo
and their amazing driver Kristen for taking us out last night to promote the upcoming golf tournament for Hospice Alliance.

And speaking of the golf tournament, we need 20 girls to help out with the event. It's gonna be an awesome event, and there are all kinds of fun jobs you could do ... organizing contests, caddying for golfers, making out with the Weekend Update guy ... The North American Sand Soccer Championship is this weekend at the beach. If you've never been to one of these, it's worth checking out. It's a huge event that just keeps getting better. Besides, it'll get you amped for the World Cup! USA! USA!

Also going on this weekend at the beach is the Hardees Latin Fest! There will be live music, delicious food, and of course DANCING!

On Friday, Carbon Jam is playing at the 17th Street Stage. These kids make me miss my teenage days of playing music. Well, minus all the acne and surprise erections. Friday's Schedule

Saturday night, Larger Than Life is playing at New Moon. They're a great cover band with amazing harmonies and a diverse setlist. Think they got their name from that Backstreet Boys song? Ask them.

On Sunday, we're gonna keep the party going with Kevin Kelly on the deck at Shuckers, then Butter at Mahi Mah's. If we can walk that far. Sunday's schedule

And as if that wasn't enough, Borderline Crazy is playing South Beach Grill on Sunday night. Let's go and get full-on crazy.
