Event Description
A Reenactment of the Civil War Skirmish at Cape Henry! Join us for an exciting re-enactment of the Confederate militia's attack on the Cape Henry Light and the responser of the Union troops. Visitors will be able to tour both a Confederate and a Union encampment, experience the attack on the actual site on which it occurred, and learn from re0enactors dedicated to accurately portraying the rich history of the Tidewater region.
