Come prim and proper or dress as a punk rocker for a modern twist on an old-fashioned tea party!

Hampton Roads teens take over the MOCA for an evening extravaganza of art, music, mocktails, free eats.

Teen Takeover is a free event exclusively for teens in middle and high school, hosted by students from Virginia Beach schools.
