VBSPCA's 2009 Yappy Hour & Pawsitive Partners Celebration at the beautiful Westin in Town Center on April 4, 2009 will be held from 5:30 - 8:30 pm and will feature a silent auction, delicious hors d'oeuvres, beverages and desserts.

Join us as we present the finalists of the Tidewater's Top Pets and celebrity judges determine the winners.
