Second Annual Hk on the Bay Top Chef competition

It's that time of year again and we are gearing up for our Second Annual Hk on the Bay Top Chef competition!
We would like to congratulate Donna Wetherington (and her fabulous bruschetta) and Dan Walker (and his amazing chimichurri tri-tip) on their 2009 wins!

This year we will be splitting the contest up into categories: Appetizers (which will be added to the Tuesday Wine night menu) and Entrees (which will be added to the main menu). You are free to submit an entry for both categories!

Top Chef 2010 Round One will be held April 17, 2010 at 1pm at Hk on the Bay! The judges will taste your dishes and decide who makes it to the finals! Top Chef 2010 Finals will be held on April 24 at 1pm at Hk on the Bay and the voters will decide! I will send you detailed rules and regulations in the upcoming week.

Please submit a copy of your recipe, and your contact information, to myself or Nick Clark at Hk on the Bay as soon as possible!
