DESCRIPTION:It's that time of year again and we are gearing up for our
  Second Annual Hk on the Bay Top Chef competition!\nWe would like to c
 ongratulate Donna Wetherington (and her fabulous bruschetta) and Dan W
 alker (and his amazing chimichurri tri-tip) on their 2009 wins!\n\nThi
 s year we will be splitting the contest up into categories: Appetizers
  (which will be added to the Tuesday Wine night menu) and Entrees (whi
 ch will be added to the main menu). You are free to submit an entry fo
 r both categories!\n\nTop Chef 2010 Round One will be held April 17, 2
 010 at 1pm at Hk on the Bay! The judges will taste your dishes and dec
 ide who makes it to the finals! Top Chef 2010 Finals will be held on A
 pril 24 at 1pm at Hk on the Bay and the voters will decide! I will sen
 d you detailed rules and regulations in the upcoming week.\n\nPlease s
