Event Description

Essential Wellness Center is sponsoring a benefit seminar to inspire changes to heal the community, family, and self in this two hour long Change seminar in Virginia Beach October 6th, 2010 from 7pm -10pm at Essential Wellness Center. The seminar will include speakers from Peace, Love, and Balance; Betsey Reid Parker, Gu Raw food educator Karen Cooper, Dr. Deborah Roebuck, D.C., and the owner of Essential Wellness, Erica Steele. The seminar is a benefit to raise money and awareness for Physicians for Peace an organization dedicated to training peers in third world countries how to heal and treat tens of thousands of patients in underprivileged populations.

The seminar is the third of a series of seminars designed to teach people how to self empower themselves with natural health through nutrition, detoxification, mental health affirmations, goal setting, and community based healing projects. Essential Wellness is comprised of varying degrees of health care providers teaching the general public how to self heal and prevent illness through safe non-invasive means. Erica Steele, the owner, is an active member of the community as founder of Raw Food Junkies, organizer of Hampton Roads Professional Women’s Network, and facilitator of many philanthropic activities within the community to promote peace, health, and prosperity.
