 nar to inspire changes to heal the community, family, and self in this
  two hour long Change seminar in Virginia Beach October 6th, 2010 from
  7pm -10pm at Essential Wellness Center. The seminar will include spea
 kers from Peace, Love, and Balance; Betsey Reid Parker, Gu Raw food ed
 ucator Karen Cooper, Dr. Deborah Roebuck, D.C., and the owner of Essen
 tial Wellness, Erica Steele. The seminar is a benefit to raise money a
 nd awareness for Physicians for Peace an organization dedicated to tra
 ining peers in third world countries how to heal and treat tens of tho
 usands of patients in underprivileged populations.\n\nThe seminar is t
 he third of a series of seminars designed to teach people how to self 
 empower themselves with natural health through nutrition, detoxificati
 on, mental health affirmations, goal setting, and community based heal
 ing projects. Essential Wellness is comprised of varying degrees of he
 alth care providers teaching the general public how to self heal and p
 revent illness through safe non-invasive means. Erica Steele, the owne
 r, is an active member of the community as founder of Raw Food Junkies
 , organizer of Hampton Roads Professional Women’s Network, and facil
 itator of many philanthropic activities within the community to promot
