Annual "World Famous Run" Scheduled for Feb. 6

Hampton Roads Harley-Davidson and SouthSide Harley-Davidson are hosting their annual ”World Famous Run” on Saturday, Feb. 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Harley-Davidson dealers will team up with nearby locations for participants to ride or drive to and from their store for a chance to win various discounts totaling up to a $500 value.

Participants in the run will need to stop at two locations the day of the event. At the first stop, they will pick up a discount card. At the second stop they will pick up a multiplier to reveal the total value of their discount savings.  Participants can choose to travel either from store to store, restaurant to store or store to restaurant in order to participate. Quaker Steak and Lube in Newport News will offer a $7.99 breakfast buffet that will include a soda, coffee or tea for participants beginning at 9 a.m.

• SouthSide Harley-Davidson: 385 North Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23462

• Quaker Steak and Lube, 12832 Jefferson Ave, Newport News, VA 23608

• Virginia Beach Harley-Davidson, 237 Laskin Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23451
