Claudette handles all the marketing, promotion and bookings for Quik FIx. Claudette is the leading lady of Quik Fix. She has been performing in variety bands for over fifteen years. Always enjoyable and professional, her versatile voice and strong stage presence add excitement to any show. She knows how to “work the room”. Her talent ranges from belting out rock ballads to singing high energy dance, R & B and funk. From the South Florida area...Formerly with Carnival Cruise Lines, and The Sea Escape, Claudette has performed in numerous nightclubs and bars from the Palm Beaches to the Florida Keys: Boston’s on the Beach, Back Alley, Martini Bar, Briny’s Irish Pub, Boca Raton Resort and Club, The Blue Martini, Deerfield Beach Marriott, Cavallino, Clamster’s, Dicey Riley, Woodfield Country Club, The Doral Resort and Club, Big Daddy’s, The Breakers Hotel, etc. She will leave you wanting more…. Former lead singer with The Rhythm Kings, Pulp Fiction and Bigger Dream.
Curt Brady is originally from Long Island, New York. He has played guitar for 34 years and first played professionally at age 16. He served as a guitarist in the US Army for 22 years and is a former member of The United States Army (Europe) Band and Chorus in Heidelberg, Germany, and The United States Continental Army Band at Fort Monroe, Virginia. Curt retired from the Army in September of 2005 and now works as a guitar teacher. He has performed locally since 1997 with Desert Dust, The Rhythm Kings, Five Long Years and Jo’s Boys. He has also played several local music theater productions including The Wiz, Little Shop of Horrors, Aida and Cabaret. Curt shares a small beach cottage in Hampton with his wife Nanette, son Matthew, three cats and (at last count) 16 guitars. He freely admits that no one really needs that many cats.
Ken Brown has been playing in the Hampton Roads area for the last 25 years. He has been in over 50 bands. Originally from Massachusetts, he was a Navy Seal for 6 years in the 70’s. Ken most recently played with Bigger Dream from 2003 to 2008.
Mark Spencer began recording music and playing keyboards in the 60’s and has recorded and played for such bands as Redymix, Rondells, Chillbillies, Isaac, Phoenix, Northbound, Promise, Bigger Dream and Skylark.
Don Knight has been playing percussion since the age of 12. While living in London, England he played with 3 different bands adding funk, blues and some jazz to the rock foundation. Moving back to the US he joined up with Full Throttle, Bigger Dream and Lovesick Cousin.
