Born and raised in the same Atlanta, Georgia neighborhood where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., once preached, Allen West is a decorated American serviceman, teacher and congressman who bravely served his country in the Iraq War and reached the rank of Lt. Col. in the Army. After 22 years of military service, and a brief time as a high school teacher, he was elected to serve Florida’s 22nd District in the United States Congress. West is president & CEO of the National Center for Policy Analysis, a Fox News contributor, a senior fellow at the London Center for Policy Research and regularly writes for numerous media outlets. He is the author of the Guardian of the Republic: An American Ronin’s Journey to Faith, Family and Freedom (Random House, April 2014).

As a prior representative of Florida, Lt. Col. West will enlighten us with his views on the extremely crowded Republican field of presidential contenders and the race for the White House.
