We are a full-service Event Production Company in which plans and produces corporate meetings, events, concerts and special events that build, brand and introduce new products and/or presents strategies to targeted audiences.

Since 2000, the Event Consultants, Planners and Producers at RED EVENTS-NJ have specialized in the event planning, management and production of these events by delivering expert integration of the major business principles. The end-results enable our clients to better inform, entertain, sell to, train, motivate, and reward their target audiences. We produce and deliver a refined project management process that smoothly integrates the complex creative, production, and technical elements of planning events. From the event planning, creative, design, through production and implementation, we provide total project accountability to all of our clients, while assisting clients with accomplishing their corporate meetings and events objectives.

Our event planning services includes: establishing dates and alternate dates, selecting and reserving the event venues, sites/locations, acquiring permits, to coordinating transportation and parking ting and providing some or all of the following (subject to the event): developing a theme or motif for the event, catering, staffing, arranging celebrity and/or guest appearances, speakers and alternate speakers, coordinating location support (such as electricity and other utilities), decor, tables, chairs, tents, generators and other such party equipment rentals, security, police, fire, portable toilets, signage, emergency plans, health care professionals, along with the set-up, service, break-down and cleanup of the event.
