David Cartier's Page

I originally met him through my Mother, Paulette. She knew him from way back. I first met him when I was with her on the Norfolk Rover. We went on an afternoon cruise and he was on there playing. I do have some pics, but need to get them scanned. I'm in Louisiana now, but I know my Mom plans to attend the event. I had seen him play several other events around town as well in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. A really great fun-loving guy with a warm heart.
