The JCOC's car raffle has been extended to December 10 along with the VBnightlife party and silent auction. Be sure to purchase your raffle ticket between now and December 10 to win the car and support the JCOC which is the only homeless shelter in Virginia Beach that provides services to single men and women, teenagers, and families.
