Event Description

If you need to relieve some tension this weekend, check out Tru Massage. Through traditional healing arts, tru massage provides, massage services designed to reduce stress, manage pain and enhance the feeling of wellness. It's only $39 for an hour long Swedish massage!

Tonigh
t is the first COUNTRY NIGHT at South Beach Grill. Hopefully, there will be tons of sexy ladies in cut-off denim shorts, and southern studs in sleeveless shirts. And everyone in cowboy hats. The band, Desert Dust, starts at 7. Request some Willie Nelson, just to make sure they know their roots. Details HERE

Friday night, there are more than enough opportunities to go see some live music. And to prove it, here's a list of said opportunities

Saturday is the day that Tiki Island Bar and Grill has decided to officially start the summer, with the first ever Summer Meltdown Party. The outdoor party will feature beer pong, cornhole, happy hour prices, art for sale, and food specials. There will also be live music from David Carter, Mitch Fouts, and The Family. Come out and get sweaty with us. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO

Also on Saturday, you can roll out of bed around noon and get ready for some fun in the sun! We're talking, of course, about the Grand Opening of JT's Grommet Island Beach Park & Playground For Everybody! There will be a whole day of festivities, so bring the family, if they're not mad at you for sleeping till noon.

Are you sick of hearing the same old covers? Can't take one more rendition of "Don't Stop Believing"? Then go check out Larger Than Life at New Moon on Saturday. Not only are they a tight band with sick vocal harmonies, but they play a setlist full of jams you don't normally hear around here.

And on Sunday, it'll probably be about time to get your karma back in shape. The Rock ForKids benefit at HK on the Bay is perfect for that. ForKids has been helping kids and families fight poverty since the 80s, and there will be live music from Kevin Mac, Grant Austin Taylor, and Vedette (tell Rianna to call me).

Speaking of sexy chicks, we need some new VBNightlife girls to help out with the h*** party we're sponsoring at the Noblemen Golf Tournament next Thursday. You'll need to look good in a grass skirt and coconut bra. Auditions will be held by the Weekend Update writer.

Fine. That last part was a lie. (contact Nicole@Vbnightlife.com for details)

As always, party responsibly and tip well!
