YACHTING DIVISION BOAT SHOW - CAVALIER GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB

The 3rd Annual * Cavalier Golf and Yacht Club April 16th Thursday – Boats arrive for set up all day

All sponsors, dealers and vendors are to be set up and ready for Friday’s Opening: all tents, banners, trailers, and booths should be located per Cavalier Golf and Yacht Club layout sheets provided. Check in is with the Harbormaster, Joe Andrew

April 17th Friday – 10:00am Show begins

Marina opens to Members and Guests only
Check In Required. Wrist Bands to Be Given Out
April 17th Friday Night – “Evening of Enjoyment”

The Yachting Division will host a 7:00 pm open bar cocktail hour in the Rotunda remainder of the evening will be on member tickets or dealer accounts… Dinner will begin at 8:00 pm in the Ball Room.

We will top off the evening’s events with entertainment from “FULL CIRCLE” 8:00pm - Midnight

Dinner and entertainment will be at a cost of $49++ per person

VIP Boat Tours – Friday Night (By Dealer Appointment) during Dinner and Entertainment…or Later

April 18th Saturday- 9:00am Doors Open to Members and Guests until 6:00pm

April 18th Saturday-Fashion Show 11:00am until 2:00pm

April 18th Saturday – 11:00am until 2:00pm “Linkhorn Bay Burger Company Cook Out and Oyster Roast” Lynnhaven Sweet Oysters will be available. This event will be free to Yachting Division Members. Guests will be $40.00/person.

April 19th Sunday – 9:00am - 2:00pm Yachts/Boats will be on display.

Commodore Stemple’s Champagne, Cheese, and Seasonal Fruit Dockside Party – Starts at 11:00am…..

*WE REQUIRE BOAT SHOES OR SOFT SOLE SHOES WHILE TOURING ALL THE VESSELS.

New Vessels and PWC’s docked at the North Pier and on the Lawn.
