VIRGINIA BEACH SHAG CLUB - MIX & MINGLE

Mix & Mingle is a weekly get together held every Wednesday at the Upper Deck (located at 16th Street and Atlantic Ave in Virginia Beach).

BREAK UP THE WORK WEEK AND DANCE!

Get ready to have a wonderful time! Take a break from your busy week and put on your dancing shoes. Mix & Mingle is a fun way to meet fellow shaggers. Most of the attendees are from VBSC - but we also have frequent visitors from other Clubs. It's a great dancing family. You are guaranteed to make new friends with some of the nicest people!

Free dance lessons are available. If you are new to Shagging, join the Beginner's class to help you reach your comfort level. And if you are an experienced dancer - learn some new steps in the Advanced class to add to your repertoire.

Shaggers are a friendly group of people. They will be glad to answer your questions or show you a new step. Just ask them! But always remember the most important thing is to smile and have lots of fun!

The first Wednesday of each month, Buffet night, the shag dance lessons are:
Beginners Lessons 6:15 PM to 7 PM
Shag Step from 7:30PM to 8PM
No line dance lessons that night.

All other Wednesday Evenings.
Beginners Lessons 6:15 PM to 7 PM
Line dance Lessons from 7 PM to 7:20PM
Shag Step from 7:30PM to 8PM

COVER CHARGE: $4 Shag Club members (applies to all Clubs - may be asked to show
a current membership card)/$7 guests

TIME: 7pm - Dance Lessons (both Shag and Line Dance--see Dance News page for lesson details)
8pm - DJ begins playing...
9:30pm - door prize drawing and announcements

The Virginia Beach Shag Club invites you to attend

FREE guest on your FIRST visit (normally a $7 charge).
Just ask the person at the desk for a Guest Pass!!!
