 vent is co-presented with Downtown Norfolk Council and MacArthur Cente
 r.\n\nThe Virginia Arts Festival Opening Night Party includes performa
 nces by Semi-Toned, Exeter University’s award-winning, all-male a c
 appella group. Semi-Toned is famed for their dry humor, tight harmonie
 s and even tighter trousers. The Fuzz Band, an R&B, funk band from Ha
