  9 a.m. and formal ceremony at 11 a.m. \nPlan to pay tribute to our s
 ervice men and women at the annual Tidewater Veterans Day Parade and C
 eremony. This year’s procession kicks off Tuesday, Nov. 11, beginnin
 g at 9 a.m. at 16th Street and Atlantic Avenue, and ends at the Tidewa
 ter Veterans Memorial at 19th Street, across from the Virginia Beach C
 onvention Center. The city of Virginia Beach has been hosting the Vete
 rans Day parade since 1970, and the event is sponsored by the Hampton 
 Roads Council of Veterans Organizations and co-sponsored this year by
