The Great Dismal Swamp Art Festival exists at the connection of art, nature and community.

As our founding project, the festival offers a unique experience on the Canal Trail of the National Wildlife Refuge.

The festival features local fine art, live music, Brunswick Stew and other Fall fare, Micro Brew Beer, Apple Cider, and Harvest themed Fun for the kids.

Come experience community at its finest in the great outdoors.

The event will celebrate 50 to 100 local artists, Harvest themed entertainment for the kids, live music, tasty eats

(Brunswick stew and fall fare, etc….) with micro brews and hot apple cider to top it off.

We ask that you consider help to support our upcoming art festival at the Great Dismal Swamp’s Canal Trail, October 24, 2015. This year our campaign’s goal is to expose the event and have it become an anticipated annual venue for Chesapeake and surrounding areas.Funds for the campaign will also be used to support a myriad of local organizations such as The Cornland School,The Virginia Gentlemen,and Children Today Leaders Tomorrow.
