SPRING BOOK SALE AT THE OLD COAST GUARD STATION

The Old Coast Guard Station is housed on 25th street in the 1903 Life Saving Station. It helps preserve the history of Virginia's Coastal Community, especially the resort community of Virginia Beach. On May 1st they will have their 2nd annual Book Sale and the She Crab Soup Cook Off will be next door at the 25th street park. Last year over 4500 books were collected.

Come see the collection; all books are either $.50 or $1.00. Books will be divided by authors and broad areas of interest. At the 25th Street Park there will be the She Crab Soup Cook Off during the same time. So come on out for the "Feed and Read".
