DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nThis year marks the 100th anniversary of Boy Scoutin
 g, but what you may not realize is that Tidewater Council is one of th
 e oldest Scouting organizations in the country (it was the fifth Counc
 il, organized in 1911). To celebrate the anniversary, the Tidewater Co
 uncil is holding a 100th anniversary (entitled Scout Fest 100) on the 
 grounds of the Virginia Beach Amphitheater from October 15-17, and we 
 expect thousands of scouts and visitors to attend.\n\nFor the event we
  have not only scouts camping for the weekend, we are inviting the pub
 lic to attend on Saturday (Octobeor 16) and have full day of events fo
