Event Description

Rock Workshop is a free open-stage opportunity every Monday for local musicians to rock. From 6:30-7:30pm, a commercial music seminar is offered by Eric Shaw, a veteran of over 30 years of professional live and studio performance of rock, pop, R&B and jazz. Bring your questions on any topic, including pop music composition and theory, performance technique, or stage equipment usage. Then stay for open stage 8:30pm-12:30am, where we put to use what we've learned! Bayside Inn, on Pleasure House Road (a half-block south of Shore Drive) in Virginia Beach, features a full band setup--including keyboards on Sunday and Monday nights. Come join us in the woodshed--or listen to the music--with your friends! (Brought to you by Eric Shaw of Rock U Productions, rockuverymuch@gmail.com.)
