South Beach Grill in Va. Beach sponsors this event in a spectator friendly venue with a great stage, lights and sound. This "Ruckus" has a Halloween theme which includes a "ladies only" costume contest with a prize of $100 cash, and each contestant receives a gift swag bag. This event is free and open to the public, 21 and up. Doors open at 9pm
