DESCRIPTION:The River Boyz are a fun, energetic, 5 piece band consisti
 ng of acoustic guitar, lead guitar, bass, keyboards, drums and impress
 ive vocals and harmonies. The River Boyz have been together for over t
 hree years and have developed a great local following in the Chesapeak
 e and Virginia Beach area! The members come from well known local band
 s performing in Hampton Roads over the past 20 years including: Sante 
 Fe, Holeshot, High Tide, Dharma, Southern Blend and Bare Fax. In addit
 ion to playing in club venues, The River Boyz members have participate
 d in numerous festivals, such as the Chesapeake Jubilee, Suffolk Peanu
 t Festival, The Neptune Festival and Harborfest. They have opened for 
 such national acts as Lonestar, Ricochet, The Marshall Tucker Band, Ot
 is Day and The Nights, Martina McBride, Little Texas, Chely Wright and
  The Bellamy Brothers. The band's abilities are versatile, as document
 ed by the song list, playing everything from Alternative, Country, Cla
 ssic Rock, Beach Music, Oldies, Pop to Funk. The variety that they off
 er is entertaining to a wide cross section of patrons. The showmanship
  and entertainment qualities really need to be seen in person to exper
