Event Description
Susan G. Komen's ninth annual Race for the Cure will be at 8 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at 31st Street park. The event features a competitive 5K timed event, recreational 5K run /walk, 1 mile Family Fun walk, as well as the Kids for the Cure 50 yard dash for children 3-10 years old. Individual registration runs from $21.50 to $100; $5 for children 3-10. To register and for more information, visit www.komentidewater.org or call 490-7794.
