 exclusive auction, the March of Dimes offers the 19th Annual Signature
  Chefs Auction. This event features 14 chefs who present their signatu
 re dish to an award winning panel of judges.  When the Grand Ballroom 
 doors open at 5:30 pm, guests are offered sample-size portions of the 
 competing dishes during a large reception. The silent auction takes pl
 ace in the early part of the event, followed by an exciting live aucti
 on where attendee’s bid on one of a kind dining packages donated by 
 the competing Signature Chefs.  The evening concludes with awards give
 n to top chefs including the prestigious Dish of Hampton Roads. The Si
