Tonight – March 8 -- Joe Maniscalco will be performing, starting at 6 pm, at the Jack Quinn Restaurant for their GRAND Re-OPENING. It's "Norfolk's Home of Irish Hospitality." A traditional Irish Pub and Restaurant, Jack Quinn serves authentic food and drink, of course. 241 Granby Street. Conveniently located at the beginning of Norfolk's Granby Street District, directly across the street from the Federal Building and a minute walk from MacArthur Center.
