Event Description

Join Surfrider Foundation, Sierra Club, Chesapeake Climate Action Network, Oceana, and Mom's Clean Air Force for our 6th annual Hands Across the Sand event on Saturday May 16, 2015 in Virginia Beach. Help us draw a human line in the sand in protest to drilling off our coast and in support of clean energy, like offshore wind!

We will hold a beach cleanup from 9am-11am and the Hands Across the Sand event will take place from 11:30am - 12:30pm near Neptune Park, 31st Street and the Oceanfront.
