  relieve some of the traffic backups that usually happen at rush hour 
 at Lynnhaven Parkway and to a lesser extent, Laskin Road. It should al
 so relieve some of the backups that occur at Virginia Beach Blvd. (eas
 tbound) turning north onto Great Neck Road as well as Virginia Beach B
 lvd. (westbound) turning south on Lynnhaven Parkway. \n As always, pl
 ease pay extra attention when entering and exiting I-264 because a new
  on and off ramp can present a whole new set of challenges. \n\n\n\n\
