Purchase your tickets today for the Virginia Beach SPCA's annual spring gala fundraiser to be held Saturday, April 21 at the Cavalier Beach Club from 6:30-11 p.m.. This year's party "Good Dog Gala/Bad Dog Ball" will feature a fashion show, silent auction and amazing food and music.
