 tivated Seminar coming to the Ted Constant Convocation Center, traffic
  will be a concern for those traveling to and from downtown Norfolk, P
 ortsmouth, and Hampton VA from the hours of 7am until 7pm. You can als
 o expect heavy volumes of traffic on Hampton Boulevard from downtown N
 orfolk to Norfolk Naval Base. Please execute additional caution during
  your commute and alert general public of the impact the event will ha
 ve on the area.\nIf attending Get Motivated at the Ted Constant Convoc
 ation Center, a limited amount of parking spaces will be available on 
 the campus of Old Dominion University in Garages C & D accessible via 
 41st Street and 45th Street. Other parking options include Harbor Park
  and Cedar Grove lots (Cedar Grove lot is located on the corner of Vir
 ginia Beach Boulevard and Monticello Ave) Free shuttle busses will be 
 available from both lots to and from The Constant Center from 6:30am u
 ntil 7:30pm. It is advised to please carpool, as well as arrive early
