Geekettes Give Back Fundraising Event ForKids

Please join us for a fun filled evening to raise money for the ForKids organization and The Geekettes Club. Note: Entry is free, however, we ask that everyone make a donation to the event.

When: November 23, 6pm - 9pm

Where: Atlanta Bread, 675 Phoenix Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.
Atlanta Bread is providing the fabulous munchies, and a cash bar will be available for soda/beer/wine.

What: Food, fun and a silent auction with some fantastic prizes to bid on!

About ForKids: ForKids is a local organization in Hampton Roads, Virginia founded 20 years ago which iscommitted to “breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty for families and children.” ForKids not only provides shelter for homeless families with kids, but has many valuable programs, such as “Hot Meals & Homework,” where volunteers provide one-on-one tutoring to ForKids children and a hot meal for their families. About The Geekettes Club: The Geekettes Club was formed to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment, where helping other women is strongly encouraged and educational and professional opportunities will abound.
