The November “Beaver" or "Frost" Moon achieves fullness on Wednesday at 5:44 p.m. and will still be about 98 percent full on Thanksgiving night. The moon will rise from the east at 5:04 p.m. ET on Wednesday and set in the west at 7:29 a.m. Thanksgiving morning. It then rises again at 5:56 p.m. Thanksgiving night.
