 e been rescheduled for Saturday, July 5.\n\nPortsmouth:\n\nFireworks i
 n Portsmouth have been rescheduled for Saturday, July 5. Additionally,
  all parks and recreation activities have been postponed until Saturda
 y.\n\nSuffolk:\n\nJuly 4th fireworks in Suffolk have been rescheduled
  for July 18 as part of that night’s TGIF Concert at Constant’s Wh
 arf Park & Marina, according to city officials.\n\n\nVirginia Beach:\n
 \nVirginia Beach officials have rescheduled the fireworks at both the 
 Oceanfront and Mount Trashmore from Friday night to 9:30 p.m. Saturday
 . All other events planned for Mount Trashmore will be moved to Saturd
 ay, and some of the events planned at the Oceanfront (Symphonicity, th
 e Virginia Beach Chorale, fireworks) will also be moved to Saturday.\n
 \nWilliamsburg:\nBarbara Brown with Colonial Williamsburg said on We
 dnesday that everything is expected to go on as planned and officials 
 will make the call just before it's time to light the fuses Friday nig
 ht.\nThe decision will be close to 8 p.m., when the Virginia Symphony 
 begins its performance, Brown said. The fireworks show in Williamsburg
  is planned for 9:20 p.m.\nBrown said if the fireworks are canceled, t
 here won't be a make-up date. \n\nYorktown:\n\nOfficials say the fire
 works at Yorktown Beach will depend on how soggy the battlefield is an
 d if cars can park there. That decision will be made at 1 p.m. Friday
