 Coast She Crab Soup Classic is an open competition among restaurants. 
 This event focuses on seafood, which is the most identifiable cuisine 
 in Virginia Beach and a staple of area menus for decades. Based on tas
 tings, there will be two categories for best recipe winners, with thre
 e places in each. One category will be decided by a panel of Hampton R
 oads food critics and the other – “The Peoples Choice” – by th
 e general public. The event will be open to 16 competitors.\n\nCompeti
 ng restaurants:\n\n\n1. Captain George's Seafood\n2. Charlie's Seafood
 \n3. Farm Fresh\n4. Freemason Abbey\n5. GF Keagan's\n6. Lucky Oyster S
 eafood Grill\n7. Lynnhaven Fish House\n8. Mahi Mah's Seafood\n9. Margi
 e & Ray's Crabhouse\n10. McCormick & Schmick's Seafood\n11. Passion Th
 e Restaurant\n12. Sea Crest Restaurant\n13. Tautogs\n14. Tanner's Cree
 k Seafood\n15. Tradewinds\n16. Waterman's Surfside Grill\n\nThe public
  will be charged a nominal fee to enter the event. Each paying guest r
 eceives a sheet that is stamped at each restaurant’s station. This a
 llows each person to sample each offering.\n\nJudges will anonymously 
 evaluate all soups and select First, Second, and Third Place winners. 
 Their collective decision is final and based solely on specific criter
 ia. Winners will be announced at the end of the event. Each patron who
  goes through the tasting will receive one ballot, on which votes for 
 First, Second, and Third Place will be entered. The ballots will be in
 dependently tallied to determine winners. Plaques for all winners will
  be awarded so they will be displayed in restaurants, where chefs will
  enjoy “bragging rights” for a full year.\n\nFor more information
