DESCRIPTION:\n \nThe 3rd Annual East Coast She-Crab Soup Classic will
  be held from Noon to 3:00 p.m., Saturday, April 30, at the 24th Stree
 t Park along the oceanfront.  The event will feature up to 20 of the 
 region's leading seafood restaurants serving their unique recipes and 
 vying for bragging rights in both Critics’ Choice and Peoples’ Cho
 ice categories.\n \nGuests sample She Crab Soup from competing restau
 rants.  Based on tastings, there are two categories for best recipe w
 inners, with three places in each.  One category is decided by a pane
 l of Hampton Roads food critics and the other – “The Peoples’ Ch
 oice” – by the general public. \nThe East Coast She-Crab Soup Cla
 ssic is limited to 1,500 people. \nTickets are on sale Now through Ti
 cketmaster.\nPrices:\n$10 in advance (plus services charges) and $12 a
 t the gate (if available).  Children 12 and under free with a guardia

 will be serving one-ounce tastings of their recipe.  Attendees will r
 eceive a ballot to vote on their top three soups, which will determine
  the First, Second, and Third Place Peoples’ Choice Awards.  Leadin
 g regional food reviewers will determine the First, Second, and Third
