Summer time is time for Grilled Steaks, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Grilled Shrimp, and Marinated Grilled Vegetables!

Chef Matthew May will show you how to brine, dry-rub, and BBQ the most tender baby back ribs; dry-rub and grill the perfect steak; and much more!

You will participate in food preparation, discussions, tasting, and leave with a very satisfied appetite.
