 port News invites you to sip and savor at the Fourth Annual Wine Festi
 val, Vineyards by the Fountain, on Saturday, September 19, 1-6 PM by t
 he fountain stage. \"Vineyards by the Fountain\" is a celebration to w
 elcome the fall and enjoy the fruits of the vineyards, delicious food,
  great music and good company. Come sample some of the finest Californ
 ia wines or let your palette travel by way of wine through the countri
 es of France, Germany, Italy, Australia, Argentina, and Spain.\n\nThe 
 afternoon will celebrate a few of life's finer things. Wine, of course
  is the center of attention. Patrons will taste fine wine - red to whi
 te and everything in between - from Farm Fresh Wine Cellar, this year'
 s wine sponsor. Their wine experts, as well as select wine vendors, wi
 ll be on hand to discuss their choices and answer questions about the 
 wines being served.\n\nReturning for its second year, the Beer Garden 
 presented by M. Price Distributing Company, will give curious connoiss
 eurs of the world's oldest beverage a chance to sample craft beers.\n\
 nTasters' tickets including a souvenir tasting glass are $25 in advanc
 e, $30 day of at the gate.\n\nNon-Tasters' admission is $15.\n\nPatron
 s can sample Beer Garden brews for $1 per tasting and $3 per glass.\n\
 nCash Only On-Site.\n\nFood and other beverages will be available for 
 purchase on site. Wines by the bottle will also be available for purch
 ase and must be consumed on site. Patrons must be 21+ to purchase or c
 onsume alcohol. Proper identification is required. Tickets are non-ref
 undable and non-transferable. No carry-in alcoholic beverages or table
 s and no pets are allowed. The event is on, rain or shine.\n\nTickets
