Location: Between 16th & 18th street & Atlantic Avenue Virginia Beach, VA 23451

Description: 200 competitors will complete chalk drawings to be evaluated by a panel of judges from the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art. 

Cost: No fee but it is recommended that the artists bring their own chalk.
