SUMMARY:Chalk the Walk Artsplosion
DESCRIPTION:\nAt Chalk the Walk ARTsplosion, participants draw four-by
 -four foot chalk drawings right on the boardwalk!  Chalk the Walk par
 ticipants are asked to incorporate the announced theme in their work. 
 200 competitors complete chalk drawings to be evaluated by a panel of 
 judges.\n \nJudges score the drawings according to criteria such as c
 omposition, use of color, adherence to theme, and creativity.  There 
 are three competitive divisions: Amateur, Professional, and Youth.  T
 he Youth division is for ages 12-16.  Children 11 and under are invit
 ed to draw for fun in a separate area. \nTrophies and cash prizes are
  awarded for each division.  The event runs from 10:00am-5:00pm.  Ad
 vance registration for Chalk the Walk is not required.  There is no f
