• 4:45pm- WARM UP Sponsored by Virginia Beach Kosama. Walk from Rockfish and head to 17th street park where the walk begins.
• 5:00p.m.- The Barefoot Beach Run will promptly begin!!!  We will run from 17th Street to 25th Street & back to 16th Street.
• After-party- We hope you can join us to celebrate the finish of the race back at Rockfish!
