 of the “Future Sole” Nike shoe design contest, and the Ocean Lakes
  Art Department will host a silent auction of student artwork at the C
 ontemporary Art Center of Virginia on May 24th from 6-8pm. Mann, who r
 eceived personal prizes for his award also earned a $5,000 stipend for
  the Ocean Lakes Art Department. Mann has inspired his fellow students
  to create artwork to be sold to benefit children around the world. Al
 l proceeds from donations and art sales will be donated to the Girl Ef
 fect (http://www.girleffect.org), a non-profit Mann learned about thro
