 ember of the 70 All-Time Great Washington Redskins.\n\nIn 1993 Mann an
 d Art Monk created the Washington, DC Youth Power Center, formerly kno
 wn as The Good Samaritan Foundation. As Chairman and co-founder Mann h
 as led this successful non-profit which tutors and develops inner-city
  youth on the critical behaviors and functional skills necessary to su
 cceed in the community and workplace. Key business contributors and pa
 rtners include; Accenture, Patton & Boggs, Choice Hotels, Freddie Mac 
 Foundation, Financial Planners Association and Shoppers Food Warehouse
 .\n\nMann is CEO and founder of Charles Mann Enterprises, a government
  contracting business, and is also a consultant for University Health 
 System which owns hospitals in Shreveport and Monroe, Louisiana. Prior
  to starting Charles Mann Enterprises, he was CEO of Alliant Merchant 
 Services, a 100% minority owned and operated company founded in 2004 w
