The 3rd Annual Battle of the Beers will be THE event of the fall. Do not miss it. This event is ONE OF A KIND. It is the only craft beer event that pits Hampton Roads-based breweries against each other to see who has the best brews! And YOU get to help decide! 

What is the best part? ALL of the proceeds will go to charity! Seventy Five percent of the proceeds will go directly to St. Mary's Home in Norfolk. The other twenty five percent will go to the charities of the winning brewers.

***For the first time, we are welcoming two breweries from outside Hampton Roads, but within the Commonwealth to compete! Welcome Devil's Backbone and Starr Hill!

Ticket holders will be treated to an afternoon of the best Hampton Roads craft breweries, as they compete in two categories, best IPA and best Seasonal. Ticket holders will vote for their favorite in each category, and combine with the judges voting, will help determine the winners of the Battle of the Beers!

This event will be non-stop fun and provide great exposure to some of the great beers in Hampton Roads; however, the focus of the day will be on the children and young adults of St. Mary's Home. For those of you who do not know about this fabulous organization, look it up. The love, support and care this establishment gives to children and young adults with severe disabilities is beyond comprehension. St. Mary's Home allows these children and young adults to have the same types of experiences we take for granted. It is truly wonderful.
