 Foodbank's annual fundraiser that gives the best restaurants and chefs
  in Hampton Roads the opportunity prepare, present and serve a signatu
 re bite that displays their creativity, style, and most of all delicio
 usness all while supporting a worthy cause in raising funds and awaren
 ess for the Foodbank. Come get a taste of your favorite chefs and samp
 le the flavors of a few new ones!  1 in 4 people in Hampton Roads goes
  hungry every day, and the Foodbank staff, dispensaries, volunteers an
 d supporting companies are constantly out fighting the good fight to s
 top hunger completely! Supporting this event is more than just a way t
 o support the Foodbank, its also a great opportunity to say thank you 
 to those who work so hard in this effort.  The Foodbank of Southeaster
 n Virginia just celebrated its 30th year of service to the community. 
 An important part of our history is our signature annual fund raising 
 event, Taste of Hampton Roads, celebrating its 23rd consecutive year. 
 Please join us on March 6, 2012 at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott from
  5:30 – 9:00 p.m. to experience culinary excellence provided by over
  30 of the leading eateries in our service area. All the traditional f
 un will be there – festive décor, live entertainment, a keepsake ph
 oto opportunity and always some surprises! Each year we add a new twis
 t – this year it will be a souvenir cookbook featuring recipes from 
 our participating Chefs and highlighting our supporting Partners.\n \
