 Friday, February 22, 2013, at the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art 
 (MOCA) from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. The fundraiser, presented by Atlantic S
 hores Retirement Community, will feature domestic and imported wines a
 nd craft beer, along with an array of fine cuisine provided by Eurasia
 , Salacia, Pasha Mezze, and other local restaurants. Attendees will en
 joy live entertainment and deejay spun tunes, watch jewelry artists at
  work, and have an opportunity to buy some spectacular jewelry in the 
 glittering silent auction. Wear your brightest bling and gems and brow
 se MOCA’s new exhibition Out of the Box: Trends in Contemporary Jewe
 lry. All proceeds from Wine by Design benefit the museum’s education
  programs that reach an average of 25,000 youth annually through Outre
 ach, Art Camp, Student Art Start, and other programs. MOCA provides ma
 ny free and reduced cost programs for underserved youth.Event sponsors
