Passport Pins can be purchased through Ticketmaster and the Virginia Beach Visitor Center (Visitor Center located at 2100 Parks Avenue, open daily 9am-7pm, 7 days a week).   PINS AVAILABLE TILL 7PM ON FRIDAY.  CASH OR CHECK ONLY.
