 od Festival is Norfolk's annual love-fest with New Orleans' special sp
 rit and unique Bayou culture. This popular 3-day festival delivers the
  heart and soul of Louisiana to visitors of Town Point Park in true Ca
 jun and Creole style. Three stages featuring national recording artist
 s and many local New Orleans musicians will get your hands clapping, f
 eet 2-stepin' and heart pumping through the weekend.\n\nNEW - Carrie B
  Bayou Cruise: Bayou guests can experience the romance, history, and f
 un of aboard a 19th century replica of a Mississippi Paddlewheeler. Th
 e Carrie B will be onsite throughout Bayou Boogaloo weekend providing 
 short cruise excursions or just a place to hang out and have a drink o
 n the river.\n\nThe New Orleans Art Gallery returns for a 3rd year! Th
 e outrageously successful gallery hosts many artists who continue to r
 ecover from the storms that have plagued the Louisiana artist communit
 y. Boogalooers will have an opportunity to meet the artists who will b
 e onsite selling their art and sharing their stories.\n\nIn addition t
 o art and music, a horde of interactive family activities take place a
 ll weekend long including, cooking demonstrations, hot pepper and craw
 fish chow-down contests, Jackson Square-style free caricature artist s
 ketches, roaming jugglers, mask making and so much more!\n\n...And no 
 Bayou party would be complete without the mouthwatering Cajun delicaci
 es prepared by authentic Louisiana inspired chefs. Feast on crawfish, 
 jambalaya, gumbo, etoufee, alligator, sausages and beignets all served
  up with plenty of ice-cold beverages - adding up to a weekend full of
  non-stop eating, singing and dancing!\n\nA portion of the proceeds to
