Event Description

Things are heating up! Scandals Bar in VB will be hosting our 4th preliminary round for the 2013 Miss CE ECSC pageant. If you have made it to either of the 1st three events, you know that these girls are bringing their "A Game" to the show. The fellas at Scandals already have something special planned to make this the best event to date. If you know how these guys throw their parties, they surely will not disappoint.
